Locked In (2021)

Cast: Mena Suvari, Jeff Fahey, Costas Mandylor

Director: Carlos V Gutierrez

Locked In is a 2021 crime drama movie and some might say it as a thriller one. The movie is even a hard search on google as you will be finding another movie by the same name.

So coming to the story, a heist happened in a city and everyone is clueless where the money goes. And then there is Maggie trying to live her life with her daughter, managing things and working at a storage house struggling day by day. She suspects something unusual going on in the storage house and one day find herself locked in with some bad people looking for the heist money inside the storage lockers.

How will she be able to find a way out for self and her daughter or will she get rich after it, is to find out till the movie ends.

First of all there is nothing to thrill in the movie. The film with bad acting and bad direction is not even a heist movie. It is all about the emotional drama a lady has even at the worst of her day.

At one point I even wanted that those bad guys should have killed Maggie and got the money as she is so annoying.

For me the movie is a big NO as I had to shut it down several times to finish watching. This is the second time when I wanted the lead role to die miserably by the villein. The first one was when I saw I Kill Giants (Don’t watch this one too).

Rating: 3/10

The post won’t give you any spoilers so you can still have all the excitement while watching the movie. A review by a comman unpaid viewer.
